Warranty
Our flasks are built to last a lifetime. We standby all of our products with a warranty against factory defects and will replace any defective item or component that is defective. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nail gun punctures, etc.

How big is the Torch Flask™?

Is the Torch Flask™ just for whiskey and other spirits?
We designed the Torch™ Flask as a modern, top-shelf flask for savoring premium spirits. We feel it's the absolute best way to pack and properly enjoy a neat pour of your favorite whiskey, gin, or tequila.
That said, it’s also fantastic for smaller, concentrated cocktails like a Negroni or an Old Fashioned. Many customers also tell us it's an awesome vessel for a shot of espresso on the go. Having the integrated sipping shot glass is a major upgrade for appreciating the aroma and character of any beverage you pack. Ultimately, the Torch™ Flask can be used for any non-carbonated and non-dairy-based beverage.
Note* We do not recommend putting carbonated or dairy beverages in your Torch™ Flask. The pressure build-up from these types of beverages can damage the threading of the cap and render the flask unusable. Any damage related to carbonation will void the product's warranty.
I want to use my own graphic, can you do an engraving of my choosing?
We have great news. We use precision lasers to create one-of-a-kind flasks, so it's possible to engrave designs of all kinds. While our customizer can accept and process many types of images, the best design files are created from black & white or single-color .png or .jpg files that are a minimum of 500 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall. Think line art, pencil/pen sketches, logos, or anything with obvious contrast. Full color photos are often challenging to reproduce.

What will my engraving look like?
Our laser etching process removes the outer coating of finish from the product to reveal the stainless steel material beneath. Unlike screen printing, laser engraving won’t rub off or chip over time. Your engraving will be revealed in the contrast between the raw stainless steel and the paint color of the flask. This depth of this contrast will vary between the different colors of flasks. Darker or bolder colors often engrave better. More neutral colors will be more subtle.

Can I return a customised flask?
Customised flasks are made-to-order and personalised specifically for you. As such, all customised flasks are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
