Frequently Asked Questions
Product Questions
How do I clean my Flask, Shaker or Tumblers? Can I put them in the dishwasher?
To clean your flask or Highball Shaker™, rinse all parts with warm, soapy water right after use. Allow each component to dry completely before reassembling. The flasks are not dishwasher safe; we recommend hand washing them for the best care.
What is the difference between the Firelight and Parkside Flask?
Aside from the aesthetics, the Firelight Flasks have a slightly wider mouth to accommodate ice cubes than the Parksides, and the Firelight tumblers are slightly larger featuring double-wallvacuum insulation(whereas the Parkside 750's tumblers aredouble-wall insulated). The Parksides and Firelight 375 & 750s both share the respective volumes and the tumblers attach magnetically. Both flasks are double-wall vacuum insulated and equally temperature efficient-the only difference in insulation is in the tumblers.
Can I put carbonated beverages in my flask?
We do not recommend putting carbonated beverages in your flasks. Aside from a potentially messy filling process, Carbonation creates pressure and gas buildup within the flask that can cause a spray upon opening. Excess pressure may also lock the cap’s threading permanently, rendering the flask unusable. Any damage related to carbonation inside a High Camp Flask will void the products' warranty to any related damages.
