That’s why we partnered with acclaimed UK-based illustrator Ollie Smither. For those who don’t know Ollie, he’s far more than an artist; he’s a kindred spirit. Often operating from his campervan with his dog Tucker as co-pilot, Ollie is an adventurer at heart whose life and work are seamlessly intertwined. His signature fine-line illustrations are born directly from the landscapes he explores, each piece a tangible artifact of a life lived outdoors.
A Shared Vision, A New Horizon
When we invited Ollie to collaborate on the Mojave Edition, we were inviting him into a new, unknown environment. "Coming from the UK, the desert feels so completely different to me," Ollie shared. "Empty, wild, and full of life in its own way." It was this fresh perspective, this sense of wonder, that made him the perfect storyteller for this collection.
He took our vision and translated it into "Arid Spirits," a stunning, custom desert landscape designed to wrap a full 360° around the flask. This isn't just an etching; it's our first-ever full-wrap engraving, a functional work of art that transforms the flask into a canvas. The design is meticulously engraved through our limited edition powder coats of Sage, Sand, and Terracotta, revealing a rich, sun-washed bronze steel that echoes the desert’s golden light.
